to diagnosis or repair any problem you may have.
Upon arrival, our technician will introduce himself and present the proper identification.
Our technician will come to your home in a fully stocked service van to thoroughly diagnose your
system for our diagnostic fee, and the technician will tell you exactly what the repair cost will be.
Which saves you money!! If you have the repair done the same day, we will apply the diagnostic fee
towards the repair charge, this is not a separate charge.
If Courtney's Heating & Cooling is unable to repair your system the same day, we will either leave
you a space heater in the winter or a fan in the summer until we fully repair your equipment.
